Following the pollination of the vanilla flower, the pod takes between eight and ten months to ripen and reach full size. Key steps such as harvesting at maturity and rigorous selection are vital to obtaining high-quality vanilla that meets export standards. Each year, we harvest 35 tons of green vanilla beans.

We respect vanilla beans harvesting date
Once the vanilla flower has been pollinated, it takes 8 to 10 months for the pod to reach maturity.
In two months, the vanilla pod reaches its maximum size.
