The TK vanilla beans, is fragrant, typical flavor of vanilla beans, it is the favorite vanilla beans of pastry cooks, chefs, restaurateurs, ice cream makers. There are two types of vanilla in this category, "Gourmet black vanilla" and "TK vanilla", it is the same type of vanilla at the base, what differentiates them is its drying rate.
Gourmet vanilla is soft and oily.
TK vanilla, it is a little drier to the touch, the bean is finer.
Gourmet vanilla is more suitable for professionals, it's easier to remove the pulp, and the product is larger in calibre.
TK vanilla is recommended for sale in retail vanilla tubes and has a good shelf life.
Both types of vanilla beans are of very high quality
PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
The tk vanilla is a reference vanilla, it's the same type of pod as gourmet vanilla
but we dried it a little more; from 33% to 28%.
It is a fine vanilla bean, with a typical vanilla scent. The weight of the bean is about 3.3 to 3.8 grams and its color is dark brown to black.
Available in lengths from 13 cm to 19 cm.
The vanilla is collected at maturity from our own collectors and refined in our preparation center.
